THERE IS ONLY TWO FANFICS OF MOBY DICK ON FANFICTION.NET.
One being about Starbuck and Ahab(I love those characters, and read it with high expections, but it just ended up having Starbuck shoot Ahab. DARHFHASDSAHS I COULD RAGE SO MUCH), and then another one being some kind of mary sue thing as Ishmael’s descendant wtf.
I mean sure it’s the Great American Novel and I understand why you wouldn’t want to ruin it, but I am honestly surprised at the fact that NOBODY has written gay smut of it. Or at least a fanfic longer than 500 words. Seriously.
Note that I’m actually glad somebody hasn’t written it… I’m just really surprised considering that book is just pretty much filled to the brim with gay undertones.
Though I did just find this bondage thing on deviantART that I really wish I hadn’t seen. And some horribly drawn animu Ahab and Starbuck lovey dovey crap. Sigh.
This just gave me soooo many ideas uhuh.
